Monthly content calendar
A simple plan covering what is posted, when and why, built around your offers, festivals, seasons and slow periods.
Posting when you remember is not a strategy. We plan what goes out, make it look and sound like your business, and publish it consistently on the platforms where your customers actually spend time.
Social media works for small businesses when it is regular and recognisable. That is the hard part. The owner is busy, the person who used to post has moved on, and the page goes quiet for six weeks. Then a new customer checks it before ordering and wonders whether you are still open.
We take that off your plate. Each month we agree a content calendar around your offers, seasons and events, design the posts and carousels, write the captions and publish them. You approve before anything goes live, and you can change direction whenever the business does.
We manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and we are honest about which ones are worth your time. A dentist and a B2B consultant should not have the same plan, and we will not pretend they should.
Everything below is covered in the written scope, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Consistent templates in your brand colours and fonts, so the feed looks like one business and not a collage.
Short, clear captions that sound like you talking to a customer, with the right hashtags and a reason to act.
Editing for Reels, Shorts and Stories from the footage you shoot, or a shoot plan if production is part of the scope.
Posts go out on time without you logging in, using a scheduling tool or your accounts directly.
Reach, engagement and enquiries explained in plain language, with a note on what we will change next month.
Not every business needs every platform. We pick the ones where your customers already are, and do those properly instead of spreading thin across five.

The steps we follow, from first call to delivery.
We review your current accounts, your competitors and what you want social media to do for the business.
We agree three to five themes you will post about, so the feed has a clear identity.
You get the month's plan and designs to approve before anything is published.
We design, write, edit and schedule, and handle the publishing.
At month end we look at what people responded to, then change the plan accordingly.
It depends on the platform and your goals. Three to five posts a week is common for Instagram. We agree a rhythm you can sustain and that suits your budget, then stick to it.
We design the graphics and edit the video. For original photos and footage, you can send what you shoot, or we can plan a shoot list and add production to the scope.
Replying to common comments can be included in the scope. For sales enquiries and private messages it is usually better if someone from your team answers, and we can help with a short reply guide.
Social media builds slowly. Most businesses see steadier engagement within two to three months of consistent posting. We never promise followers or viral reach, and we report on enquiries as well as likes.
Yes. We work remotely with businesses in different time zones and agree approval timings that suit both sides.
